Uploading images and files using FTP
The quickest way to upload images and files to your e-Store is to transfer them through FTP.  For instructions on how to do this, please perform the following steps:

1. On your computer, press Start -> Run
2. Type in "explorer.exe ftp://shop.domain.com" (without the quotes)

Note: For domain.com, please enter the name and extension of your website.

3. Press Ok
4. When prompted enter the administrative User Name and Password to your hosting account, as shown below:

5. Press Log On
6. Once you are logged in, you will see 4 folders: Files, Images, Logs, and Skins.  If you are uploading files other than pictures, such as audio, video, .zip files, etc., then double-click the Files folder.  If you are uploading images, double-click the Images folder.  The images folder contains sub-folders, such as Categories, Products, Swatches, etc., so double-click the appropriate sub-folder.
7. Once you are in the correct folder, minimize the window

8. Right-click on your Start button, and select Explore

9. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder on your computer where your files are stored at

10. Right-click on a file you want to upload, and select Copy (or from the menu bar, select Edit -> Copy)

Note: You can select everything in the folder by going to Edit -> Select All from the menu bar, or press CTRL+A.

11. Restore the minimized FTP session

12. From the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Edit -> Paste

This will upload your files

Note: If you upload a file called "logo.jpg" to the \Images\Products FTP folder, the exact address of the image will be: ftp://shop.domain.com/images/products/logo.jpg
