Below are instructions on how to adjust pricing levels for a customer:
Creating the Pricing Levels
1. Log into your e-Store Control Panel
2. Click on the Manage tab
3. Select Pricing Levels from the category bar to the left
4. Edit a pricing level (i.e. Pricing Level 1: 15% discount off site price)

5. Press the Save Changes button
Assigning a user to the pricing level
1. Select the Manage tab
2. Select Users from the category bar to the left
3. Check mark the user you want to assign "wholesale" permission to, press the Edit button to the left

4. From the Pricing Level drop-down menu, select the desired pricing level you setup

5. Press the Save Changes button
The customer will now be able to purchase at a discounted rate
