Setting up an alias
An alias is an internal forward that will send your email to another user.  You would typically set this up if you did not want to give out your personal email address.  To setup an alias, please perform the following steps:

Adding a Single-User Alias

1. Click on the following link:
http://panel.ihostnetworks.com
2. Enter your domain name and password

Note: This information was provided on your original welcome email.  You can also have the information emailed to you by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

3. Press the Sign In button
4. Under the Sites section, select the link with your site name to view the detailed control panel
5. Under the E-mail section click on the Admin button

Note: This will open the mail control panel in a new window, if you have popup blocker turned on be sure to enable popups for "signup.ihostnetworks.com" so you will be able to view the new window.

6. Click the Mailboxes link to the left
7. Press the Edit button next to the user you want to edit, as shown below:

6. Press the Mailboxes tab at the top
7. Press the Add Alias button, as shown below:

8. Under SMTP Address, enter your alias
9. Press Add
10. Press Update

Adding a Group Alias

6. Click the Groups link to the left
7. Press the Add New button
8. Enter a name for the Alias, press Add
9. Press the Edit button next to the Alias you just created
10. Press the Add Member button
11. Under SMTP Address, enter your first email address, press Add
12. Press the Add Member button to continue to add users to the Alias
