To setup OS X Mail to download your email, please preform the following steps:
1. Open OS X Mail
2. From the menu bar, select Mail -> Preferences...
3. Press the
Add Account... button
4. Enter the following information in the window below:
Account Type: POP
Description: Name to identify the account
Email Address: Your email address
Full Name: The name that will show up on your email
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com
User Name: Your email address
Password: Your email password
Note: For Incoming Mail Server, enter mail.domain.com, substituting domain.com with the name and extension of your domain name.
5. Press the Options... button
6. Type in the following information in the new window:
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com
Authentication: Password
User Name: Your email address
Password: Your email password
Note: For Outgoing Mail Server, enter mail.domain.com, substituting domain.com with the name and extension of your domain name.
7. Press the OK button
8. Press the OK button
