One of the first things you need to do in order to setup your e-Store is to setup your contact information. This will give your customers information on who you are, and where you are located. To do this, please do the following:
1. Log into your e-Store control panel
2. Click on the Settings Tab
3. Select Shipping Origin from the category bar to the left
4. Enter your store information in the following fields as depicted in the picture below:

5. When you are finished, press the Save Changes button
You can view your contact information by clicking the Customer Service link at the bottom of the main page of your e-Store
