Verify the file name.

1. Go to your website
2. Navigate to the page which contains your media file
3. Right-click on your page, select View Source
4. Press CTRL+F
5. Search for your media files:

For Flash files, search for ".fla", ".flv", or ".swf"
For Audio files, search for ".mp3", ".wma", or ".ra"
For Video files, search for ".avi", ".mpg", ".mpeg", or ".wmv"

Note: If you know the file extension of your media file, and it is not listed, please search for that.  Only the most common file extensions are listed above.
