If you have ever experienced any kind of data loss, you will know how important backing up your data can be. Backup up your website in WebEasy may take a couple minutes to do, but it will save your countless hours of re-creating your website if a disaster happens. For information on how to back your website in WebEasy, please preform the following steps:
Note: In this example, a new folder called "Website Backup" will be added to the desktop, and the website will be saved into it.
1. Open your website in WebEasy
2. From the menu bar, go to File -> Save As -> Archive
3. On the cue card, press Click to Continue
4. Using the Save In drop-down menu, press the down arrow, as shown below:

5. Select Desktop from the list
6. Press the New Folder icon, as shown below:

7. Type in "Website Backup"
8. Double-click the "Website Backup" folder
9. Press Save
Note: this will save all of your website data including any pictures with your website. For externally linked files, such as Audio, Video, PDF's, etc., you will need to manually copy them into the "Website Backup" folder, because WebEasy does not automatically backup linked files.
10. Copy the "Website Backup" folder to a zip disk, or burn it to a CD using a CD burning program
